By buying my commissions, you agree to these terms of service:(Certain terms, conditions, and usage rights may be negotiable depending on the scope of the project and may be adjusted through additional fees and/or a separate agreement)
General Information
★ GENERAL INFORMATION ★☆ All artwork provided is a digital product only. No physical items will be shipped.
☆ For traditional artwork commissions, physical shipping is possible. Shipping costs must be covered by the client.
☆ By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.★ COPYRIGHT AND USAGE ★☆ I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork I create☆ The client purchases a license to use the artwork, not the copyright itself.☆ Commissions may be used for personal or commercial purposes only if a commercial fee has been applied☆ The artwork may not be edited, altered, traced, or resold without my permission.☆ NFT usage, AI training, or redistribution of the artwork is strictly prohibited.★ CREDIT & PUBLICATION ★☆ Credit is required when posting or sharing the artwork online.☆ I reserve the right to display all commissioned works in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.☆ If the client wishes the artwork to remain private (private commission), an additional fee may apply.★ PAYMENT ★☆ Payments are split 50/50:
50% upfront to begin the commission
50% upon completion before final delivery☆ For larger or long-term projects, payment terms may be adjusted and agreed upon in advance.☆ All payments are non-refundable once the commission has been confirmed.☆ If a refund is requested before work has started, a partial refund may be issued due to transaction and conversion fees.☆ No refunds will be issued once work has begun, except if I am unable to complete the commission.★ PROCESS & WORKFLOW ★☆ Work progresses through stages (typically: sketch → feedback → refinement → test colors → feedback -> final render).☆ Feedback is only accepted during appropriate stages.☆ Major changes after approval of a stage may incur additional fees.☆ WIPs (work in progress) may be shared during the process for feedback.★ REVISIONS ★- Each commission includes a set number of reasonable revisions depending on the project scope.- Minor revisions include small adjustments (e.g. colors, small details).- Major revisions (e.g. pose changes, composition changes, redesigns) may incur additional costs.- Extra revisions beyond the agreed amount will be charged separately.★ DELIVERY ★☆ Final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution digital format (PNG/JPG) unless otherwise agreed).☆ Source files (PSD, etc.) are not included unless previously discussed.☆ Delivery time depends on the complexity of the project and will be communicated before starting.★ DEADLINES & COMMUNICATION ★- Estimated deadlines will be provided before the commission begins.☆ Delays may occur due to workload or unforeseen circumstances; clients will be informed if this happens.☆ If the client does not respond for an extended period, the project may be paused or cancelled.☆ Lack of feedback may delay progress.★ CANCELLATIONS ★- If the client cancels before work has started, a partial refund may be issued.- If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover time and work completed.- I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a partial refund if necessary.★ CONTENT POLICY ★☆ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.☆I will not accept content that involves illegal material or anything I am not comfortable with working on.

After I look over your commission and verify the final price with you, I’ll send you a Paypal invoice.4. Once I receive the payment, i’ll begin your commission!5. I will contact/update you between each process (sketches, lineart, color tests, etc)
